Nokia has announced its music oriented mobile phone Nokia X1-00 at an affordable price, X1-00 is a low-end featured phone primarily aimed for populated Asian and Middle Eastern markets, with a 106 phon speaker (a unit of perceived loudness) at its back, which the company says is enough to ‘rattle your window panes’. Nokia X1-00 features pretty ordinary specifications. It comes with Series 30 operating system, with enhanced built-in music player. The loud speaker of this latest mobile phone has been modified to remain undistorted at higher volumes, helping cut through the high “ambient noise levels in many places in the world”. Nokia X1-00 weights 91 grams and has pre-loaded music player app and mobile games. Nokia said that Nokia X1-00 is designed for two reasons, "first, because ambient noise levels can high in many places in the world, so you might need everything to be a bit louder to cut through. Second, because mobile music is much more likely to be a shared experience." The new Nokia X1-00 offers micro SD support upto 16 GB which is more than enough to store music files and videos. Other music-oriented features on the phone includes three dedicated player keys, a nifty single-key playlist creator, 3.5mm audio jack and FM radio. Nokia X1-00 has a 1.8-inch colour TFT display screen and runs on Symbian S30 operating sytem. this new Nokia mobile will offer standby battery life of 61 days and 13.1 hour talktime. Nokia said that the new Nokia X1-00 is aimed at the Next Billion, 3.2 billion people who have never owned a mobile phone. Nokia X1-00 will be available with an affordable price.
